About Us

Our Purpose: To pursue God’s calling for our lives (TULIP) with gratitude, humility and joy for the praise of the glory of God’s grace through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

 What are the ministries?

Bible Studies, Encouragement and Mercy Ministries (cards, visitation, meals, special services), Missions, Special Events, Retreats and Conferences are all means to fulfill our God given purpose. The means may change but our purpose remains our focus.

 Who can participate?

Any woman attending CRBC may be involved in the ministries of TULIP.  Leadership, teaching and positions representing the church require membership, but all women are encouraged to participate on some level.

 How does one become involved?

For more information contact Pam Hileman (540) 349-0125 minassist@covenantword.org.

Understanding the Scriptures

2 Timothy 3:16-17   All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Loving God and Others

Matthew 22:37-39  Jesus replied:  “’Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ ”  This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ “
